Q. What does the size state?

The sizes affirmed on tapers, hooks, stretchers, expanders, crescents indicated on ear-gauges.com are the greatest diameters of the tapers. However, the sizes declared on tunnels and plugs are the sizes if the products are on your ear such as the size of your ear hole. Also, if you happen buy “double flared” tunnels or plugs, be conscious that the actual size of the products are larger than the size stated. The part of the plug that is flared is usually 1 mm – 1.5 mm bigger.

Q. I did not obtain an email of confirmation from you. How will I receive one?

Ear-guages.com will produce an automatic email as a receipt for your order. In order to execute this, you must return to the website after you complete your payment through Paypal so that the receipt email will be activated. You should also click on the “return to merchant” button on Paypal’s last payment page to receive your receipt. If you forgot to click the button, you do not have to worry for as long as you have received an email receipt from Paypal affirming that you have paid to “Ear-Gauges” then we have received your email. Another email will also be sent telling that your order has been posted. If you do not receive an email from both ear-gauges.com and Paypal, it means that your order was not placed. Repeat the order process again.

Q. My order has not arrived. Why is that?

All orders from customers from ear-gauges.com are processed within 2 working days. Wait for the allotted time or you will be emailed stating why the order has not been placed with a choice to withdraw the order. You may also check if you have given us the correct address and post code which can be found on the email receipt. We will send you a message on the day your order will be sent so check the schedule of product delivery. If the product has not arrived within the longest time of destination then inform us through an email.

Q. Are the prices stated applicable for pairs?

Yes, most of our plugs are sold by the pair (except if clearly stated otherwise). If you want a single plug, you may email us. Please state which plug you want, either the left or the right.

Q. Do the prices include Sales Tax / VAT?

The prices indicated on ear-gauges.com all include sales tax. All Sales tax or VAT are already incorporated in the price since we are enlisted for VAT in the United States. However, if you are a company that is obligated to have VAT invoice email us upon placing the order. Also, orders from outside the United States are mandated to additional payments for the time used in dealing with international post and this will be included in the prices you will see if you are under these circumstances.
